Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 1200/- rs.

Order Tracking: 
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package through the provided link.

Shipping Delays: 
While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high demand periods may affect delivery times. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Missing or Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@saltysecrets.in. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
